The comedy written by Armstrong follows two roommates who do anything and everything they can, putting themselves in danger, to save their friend Nardo who is stranded in Mexico.
Miller would play a slob in his 20s who is fast-talking and loves to gamble, drink and hook-up but is called to action as events unfold.
Neal Moritz and Ravi Nandan will produce the pic with Armstrong.
Miller plays a best friend well She's Out of My League and Cloverfield come quickly to mind.
