Jennifer Lopez is in talks to star in two upcoming flicks says Deadline.
The first is the female lead opposite Jason Statham in Taylor Hackford's action film "Parker"
The film adapts late author Donald Westlake Parker novel series, in which Statham plays a thief who follows a strict moral code who's willing to kill if crossed.
Lopez plays Leslie, a woman who gets involved with Parker as he executes a heist. The potential franchise launcher begins production in August.
Jenny is also circling the ensemble comedy What To Expect When You're Expecting
An adaptation of the guidebook of the same name the film will interweave the lives of several couples as they prepare for parenthood
Lopez is in discussions for the supporting role of Holly Cameron Diaz stars Vulture adds adds that Isla Fisher and Ed Helms might be up for roles. Glee guy Matthew Morrison may not be involved in the pic due to his busy schedule.
Whip It writer Shauna Cross and Heather Hach (“Freaky Friday)” will adapt authors Heidi Murkoff and Sharon Mazel bestseller into a screenplay.
Kirk Jones (“Nanny McPhee”) will call action on the film for producers Mike Medavoy, Arnie Messer, David Thwaites and Doug McKay.
