Ryan Gosling and Nicolas Winding Refn, are talking up yet doing a fourth project together reports Twitchfilm.
Along with this Fall's Drive already collaborating on Logan's Run,and an NYC-set rom-com, Gosling looks to be teaming up again with Refn for the helmer's next pic Only God Forgives.
Clash of the Titans star Luke Evans had signed on for the lead role but had to drop out due to his commitments to "The Hobbit" films.
Gosling would play a man who runs a Thai boxing club in Bangkok which is a front for a drugs smuggling operation. Despite status in the underworld, his meeting with a retired cop sets him on a journey to find what's lacking in his life and he sets out to confront his mother.
The Bromantic couple talked to The Los Angeles Times about that the planned 'Logan' redo It won't be a straightforward remake of the 70's original...Instead it is gonna be whole new take exploring the premise… "We’re still in the stage of trying to figure out the rules of the road."
Gosling added that the film's producer Joel Silver and told them to take their time with it to make it good - "It doesn’t have to be ready at any point."
Moving on Refn has previously spoken about his desire to direct a Wonder Woman movie. Now wanting actress Christina Hendricks to play the role.
"If I get to do it, she's going to be it" Refn told Vulture
Hendricks has expressed interest in the role last year.
The failed Wonder pilot of this year means no film version--at least for now
