After he's done with his version of the adaptation of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, David Fincher might then bring Jason Starr's 2009 crime novel "Panic Attack" to the screen reports Vulture.
The story deals with a New York psychiatrist who shoots and kills a home intruder, then faces a media frenzy and the victim's vengeful accomplice.
Ted Griffin (Ocean's Eleven) will adapt the book.
I hope Fincher does Panic Attack--Nobody makes a thriler quite like he does---Se7en Fight Club, Zodiac and Panic Room are evidence of that--And Girl looks Fantastc!
Mranwhile Four of Starr's previous novels are already in development in Hollywood right now
