Flynn Lives In TRON 3

Disney is moving ahead with plans for sequel to "Tron: Legacy," says THR

Garrett Hedlund Starred In TRON 2

The Mouse House has hired David Digilio (Eight Below) to write the new screenplay. Digilio will replace the writing team of Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis,

The decision to move forward with "Tron 3" will be based on the performance of "TRON: Uprising," the animated show that airs in 2012 That's because Legacy's box office take of $400m was below Disney's expectations, factoring in a $170m budget and substantial marketing campaign on the movie.

It's not clear if  Joseph Kosinski's would return to helm any cinema seqel at this point

I was very disappointed with Legacy So that I greet the news of a Tron 3 with a meh...Disney is smart to hold off a bit to see how the new series does first
