The R-rated script that Brendan O'Brien and Andrew Cohen wrote, that follows a rivalry between a member of an alpha male-filled college fraternity (Zac Efron) and a local family man (Seth Rogen) who lives right nearby.
Rogen and his pal Evan Goldberg are producing the pic while James Weaver, Cohen and O'Brien are exec producing.
