Franklin Explores The City Of Night

Carl Franklin ("Devil in a Blue Dress," "One False Move") will direct the cop thriller "City of Night" says The Hollywood Reporter.

The story follows a rookie with the LAPD who finds himself working in the toughest crime unit in the city.

David Chisholm wrote the script
