Webb Circles "Only Boy"

The Amazing Spider-Man's Marc Webb is attached to direct the long-gestating indie coming-of-age tale The Only Living Boy In New York" says Thompson on Hollywood.

The film follows a young man who learns that his overbearing father is having an affair. The son tries to stop it, only to become involved with the woman as well.With advice from a quirky neighbor, the young man learns about love.

Allan Loeb penned the screenplay

At last report director Seth Gordon (Horrible Bosses) and Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief star Logan Lerman were attached--there's no word if Lerman is still doing the film.

Albert Berger and Ron Yerxa are producing the picture.
