Tim Roth is set to join French helmer Olivier Dahan's biopic "Princess Grace Of Monaco" says Variety.
Arash Amel's Black List-making script will cover a six month period in 1962 when French leader Charles de Gaulle and Rainier III, Prince of Monaco (Roth) were arguing over Monaco’s standing as a tax haven.The then 33-year-old Grace Kelly (Nicole Kidman), had given up her acting career to marry Rainier and become his wife by this time, politically maneuvered her way behind-the-scenes to save Monaco.
Spanish actress Paz Vega ("Spanglish") will portray soprano Maria Callas.
Pierre-Ange Le Pogam is producing the picture.
