The true story tale follows four undocumented Mexican-American high school students who form a robotics club and go up against MIT in the National Underwater Robotics Challenge.

Sean McNamara (Soul Surfer) will call action from a script by Elissa Matsueda which itself is based on a Wired Magazine article by Joshua Davis
Filming begins in New Mexico in mid-October.
