The Hollywood Reporter says that Universal Pictures just picked up a spec script called The Knights Templar--that will see epic battles between Knights and the famed bloodsuckers.
The project written by Adam Torchia and Justin Stanley-is based on an idea by Ian Rothkerch, a pal of Stanley’s who sadly passed away in '03.Wanted director Timur Bekmambetov and Marc Platt.
What a cool idea! I would watch that in a heart beat
Bekmambetov has a history of directing vampires on the big screen-will most likely call the shots on this as well.

This sounds like a direct rip off of Dracula vs. King Arthur.
Y'know you are right. I hadn't thought of that until you brought it up...then again-there are no more original ideas in Hollywood anymore just recycled ones
