AFTRA, majors agree deal
The majors and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists have signed a prime time deal that will ease — but not eliminate — the town’s fears of an actors strike.
Following nine consecutive days of negotiations, AFTRA and the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers reached a tentative three-year agreement early Wednesday at AMPTP headquarters in Encino.
Now it's up to The Screen Actors Guild to do the same...
