"This is another example of Hollywood getting it wrong, Sony says, 'We're doing Spider-Man in 3-D.' The director doesn't say, 'Hey, I want to make the movie in 3-D.' The studio says, 'You want to direct this movie? You're doing it in 3D, motherf***er!' That's not how it should be."
Jim, you of all people are shocked that Hollywood wants to make money?...Your 3-D film makes a mint... What did you think would happen? Did you think the studios would not want to to ride that format wave that you helped push forward?
Tar changed film all right...
I wish the industry wouldn't rely on the format so much but they do period
