Tracy Morgan and Juliette Binoche are in final negotiations for the police thriller "Son of No One " says The Hollywood Reporter
The story follows a young cop (Channing Tatum) assigned to the working class neighborhood where he grew up. He soon finds an old secret has begun to resurface and threatens to destroy his family.
Binoche plays a reporter while Morgan is replacing Terrence Howard in the role of Vinnie, Tatum's pal.
Ray Liotta Al Pacino and Katie Holmes co-star.
Dito Montiel ("A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints," "Fighting") directs from his own script.
Filming begins next week in New York.
