Jamie Foxx is in final negotiations to star in the video game-to-film adaptation Kane & Lynch reports Variety. The pic is based on Kane & Lynch: Dead Men which follows the mercenary Adam 'Kane' Marcus and aggressive, schizophrenic killer James Lynch teaming to retrieve a dangerous device as ransom payment to retrieve his kidnapped wife and daughter.
Bruce Willis plays Kane. Foxx would be playing Lynch.
Kyle Ward adapted the script and veteran stunt coordinator and director, Simon Crane is helming the adaptation.
Adrian Askarieh, Daniel Alter Jason Blumenthal and Todd Black, will produce the pic
Filming kicks off in August.
