Paradox Entertainment Inc has optioned Mike Sorrentino and Randy Vampotic's supernatural action thriller "Speed Demon says Variety. The story centers on an underworld enforcer who becomes the prey of a mysterious creature during an assignment to track down a petty crook along a desert highway.
Peter Winther will direct--Late special effects master and pioneer Stan Winston developed the project and worked on the creatures with "Underworld" creature creator Patrick Tatopoulos.
Fredrik Malmberg will produce the pic.
