Hedlund Is Playing In The Sands Of "Mojave"

Garrett Hedlund will replace Jason Clarke in the low-budget thriller "Mojave" says The Wrap.

Hedlund plays a suicidal artist who escapes into the desert after an existential crisis, only to encounter a "doppelganger-like" antagonist in the form of a brilliant, homicidal drifter (Oscar Isaac).

William Monaghan wrote the script from which he will direct.

Charles Roven will produce the pic.
