Affleck And Lowery Posit "To Be Two"

Ain't Them Bodies Saints director David Lowery and actor Casey Affleck are set to reunite for the sci-fi tale "To Be Two" says  Heat Vision.

The film is adaptation of the short story "To Be Two or Not to Be" from Paul Broks" Into the Silent Land: Travels in Neuropsychology" collection.

The story is set in a world where teleportation exists and people are scanned, the digital self sent to Mars, reconstructed atom by atom, while the original is vaporized. Then is suggests the notion of the teleporter malfunctioning and failing to vaporize the original person. Who is now real? What happens when the authorities want to erase the original person?

Lowery will adapt the script and direct the film, while Affleck is attached to star and executive produce. Lowery, Toby Halbrooks and James M. Johnston are also going to executive producers.
