McAdams And Naylor Assured "Every Thing Will Be Fine"

Rachel McAdams and Robert Naylor have joined the 3-D drama "Every Thing Will Be Fine" says THR



The original screenplay by Norwegian writer Bjørn Olaf Johannessen, tells the story of a writer (James Franco) who loses control of his life after he accidentally causes the death of a child The tragedy haunts him .

As he gets more famous, however, he represses and rejects the emotional connection he has to the boy's brother (Naylor) and mother (Charlotte Gainsbourg) in the years after the accident after the brother reached out to him.

McAdams will play Franco’s girlfriend, who has to deal with his deteriorating mental health. McAdams takes over a role that Sarah Polley was initially due to play.

Wim Wenders is calling action on the film.

Gian-Piero Ringel ("Pina") will produce.

Production just began in Montreal.
