The story, based on author Jill Ciment's book Heroic Measures, follows a a married couple (Morgan Freeman and Diane Keaton) who get swept into a real estate bidding war when they put their Manhattan apartment on the market.
Nixon will play Keaton’s niece who serves as her real estate broker.
Richard Loncraine's calling action using Charlie Peters adapted script.
Lori McCreary, Peters, Freeman, Tracy Mercer and Curtis Burch are set to produce the film.
Production begins in New York City next week.
