Allen Leech Recites The "Hunter's Prayer"

Downton Abbey and The Imitation Game star Allen Leech has joined the action-thriller Hunter's Prayer, which was previously known as For the Dogs says Deadline.

Based on author Kevin Wignall's novel and centers on Lucas a solitary assassin (Sam Worthington) who agrees to help Ella (Odeya Rush) a bright teenage girl exact revenge on those who mercilessly murdered her parents and younger brother.

Emma Roberts and Hailee Steinfeld were both linked to the role of the female lead.

Leech will play the assassin's former employer.

Oren Moverman will re-write a script by Paul Leyden from which Jonathan Mostow will direct.

Worthington, Leyden, Anthony Rhulen, Navid McIlhargey, Christopher Milburn John Schwarz and Michael Schwarz will produce.
