Harold & Kumar dudes Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg have sold their comedy "Grandma vs. Grandma" says The Hollywood Reporter.

The story has two 60-ish grandmothers who aggressively compete against each other for the affections of their grandchildren while the parents are out of town.

Unlike the 'Harold' franchise, this is aiming for a PG-13 rating.Douglas Wick and Lucy Fisher are producing



If the Grandma's are correctly cast--with a solid script--this could be lots of fun.
