Just weeks off of Lionsgate announcement that it acquired the rights to the next 2 films from Tyler Perry, marking their eighth and ninth collaboration together....Taraji P. Henson will be joined by singer Mary J Blige and actor Brian J. White for Perry's next “I Can Do Bad All By Myself.
White (pictured) also landed a role in the Joss Whedon written-Drew Goddard helmed "The Cabin in the Woods" says The Hollywood Reporter.
In "Bad", White will play Randy, the cocky potential romantic interest of Henson's character.
In "Cabin", White will play a character named Truman with Kristen Connolly, Chris Hemsworth, Anna Hutchison, Fran Kranz, Jesse Williams all playing the young-people-stranded-in-the-woods,. Richard Jenkins and Bradley Whitford will play their tormentors.
