The trio--a group of Asgardian adventurers who fight alongside the Norse God. Townsend plays Fandral the Dashing, Stevenson is Volstagg the Valiant, and Asano is Hogun the Grim.
But not long after the article went up, it was pulled from the trade's website indicating it may have gone up prematurely.
Later today Marvel confirmed the casting of Stevenson, Asano and Townsend (pictured).
Kenneth Branagh begins calling action in January off of a script by Mark Protosevich and Zack Stentz.
