Based on Emily Giffin's debut novel of the same name, the story centers on a Manhattan attorney who becomes involved with her best friend's fiancee following her 30th birthday, forcing her to decide between a life-long friend and the man of her dreams.
Jennie Snyder-Urman adapted the script.
Actress Hilary Swank, Molly Smith Andrew Kosove Broderick Johnson, Aaron Lubin and Pamela Schein Murphy will produce.
Filming aims to kick off in the first half of next year.
