Stephen Moyer and Brittany Murphy are set to star in the thriller "The Caller" says The Hollywood Reporter.Penned by Sergio Casci, the movie sees Murphy as troubled divorcee, Mary Kee, who begins to receive mysterious phone calls from an unknown caller. She quickly feels haunted in her own home. When she discovers that the person is calling from the past, Mary realizes that she will have to kill her in order to survive but how do you kill someone living in the past and what will happen if she fails.
The film begins shooting in Puerto Rico tomorrow under the direction of Matthew Parkhill.
Sounds like a cross between When a Stranger Calls and The Invisible....
