*MySpace will host the exclusive live stream of "The Twilight Saga: New Moon" red carpet premiere on Monday, November 16 at 6:00pm PT. Viewers worldwide will be able to interact by asking questions of the cast by submitting them on the Twilight Saga New Moon Premiere Page



*Daniel H. Wilson's unpublished manuscript "Robopocalypse" will be made into a film reports Reuters.

The cautionary tale explores the fate of the human race after a robot uprising. Wilson, who has a Ph.D. in robotics, has grounded his tale in a heavy degree of authenticity derived from real robot technology.

*With 2012 in theaters, director Roland Emmerich tells MTV News that he wants to make not one but two sequels to his 1996 blockbuster "Independence Day ".

"What we want to do in the next - it's actually two movies - we want to do a bigger arc. Independence Day was always like the king who leads his troops into battle against an evil force, and that stays like that".

"The idea is just to continue the story and actually I don't know how many years ago this was—twelve, thirteen, fourteen years ago—and just continue where it ended."

He even has a possible title "ID4-ever".

*A recent script draft of "Paranormal Activity" director Oren Peli's new film "Area 51" can be found over at LatinoReview. The story, using the same discovered footage gimmick as 'Paranormal', follows three teenagers whose curiosity leads them to the legendary and mysterious Area 51 Air Force base deep in the Nevada desert.

*The total cost of James Cameron's "Avatar " to both make and promote is said to come in at around $500 million.

*Writer/directors Scott McGehee and David Siegel are working on an adaptation of Paulo Coelho's best selling adventure novel "The Alchemist: A Fable About Following Your Dream" says Coming Soon.

The story of an Andalusian shepherd boy who travels the world looking for treasures has sold over 30 million copies worldwide.

*Zhang Ziyi will star in and produce the English-language drama "Snow Flower and the Secret Fan" says The Hollywood Reporter.

*Film producer Stephen McEveety and writer David McFadzean (from the TV series "Home Improvement) are developing the Groundhog Day-esque family comedy "Hello, I Love You " says The Hollywood Reporter.

The story follows a teenager who wishes for a new family but finds herself waking up each successive day with a new and strange one.

Sunu Gonera (Pride), is set to direct from a script by Kim Beyer-Johnson.

*Russian director Fyodor Bondarchuk replaces Paul Verhoeven on "The Winter Queen" says Screen Daily.

Bondarchuk makes his English language debut on the project.

Milla Jovovich remains attached to star.

Filming takes place in Budapest and Russia's St Petersburg in March and April, nearly two years after the project was due to begin production.
