Deadline Hollywood reports that Paramount Pictures and Walden Media are prepping a film called In the Beginning, a 3-D adaptation of the The Book of GenesisJohn Fusco (Hidalgo) has written a script that David Cunningham will direct about the Judeo-Christian story depicting from Earth's creation to Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.

FX house Reel EFX is doing test footage for the project, if it goes well the pic will get a green light.
Cary Granat will produce the film.
