Amy Adams is set to star in and produce an adaptation of Steve Martin's novel An Object of Beauty says THR.
The story "follows an art entrepreneur over 15 years of her life, as she acquires her own gallery, travels the world and tangles romantically with a series of men, including one who becomes a famous artist."
No writer or director is yet signed to do the film.
Adams will produce the pic with Trudie Styler and Celine Rattray.
Martin wrote the adapted script for Shopgirl--from his own novella
