Josh Appelbaum and André Nemec are writing the script with the plot being kept quiet for now
Michael Bay, Brad Fuller Andrew Form, Galen Walker and Scott Mednick will co-produce the pic
The film is the fifth feature film starring the "Heroes on the half shell" following three live-action films in the 90's and the 2007 CG animated film.
