The pic follows an immigrant (Oscar Isaac) who witnesses a fatal hit-and-run and pursues the mysterious car in a non-stop chase.
Anaya will take the role of his ex-girlfriend.
Lopez-Gallego and his regular writing partner Fernando Navarro penned the screenplay.
Jaume Collet-Serra, Miguel Angel Faura and Juan Sola will produce the film.
Production hopes to kick off this Summer.
