Hammer, Others Move To Cut Bank

Armie Hammer, Ben Kingsley, John Malkovich, Michael Sheen and Teresa Palmer have all joined the cast of indie drama "Cut Bank" says Variety.

The story follows an auto mechanic Dwayne McLaren (Hammer) has been looking for a way out of his small town upbringing of Cut Bank MT since he graduated high school several years earlier. When he finds himself in the wrong place at the right time, he jumps at a chance to pursue a better life in a bigger city with his girlfriend Cassandra (Palmer). But luck doesn't exist in Cut Bank, and things begin to unravel.

Matt Shakman directs using Roberto Patino's 2009 Black List script.

Edward Zwick, Mickey Barold and Dan Cohen will produce the pic.
