The story follows a man on a mission to retrieve his stolen car, which contains something invaluable to him.
Michod is writing the script, from an idea he and Kingdom actor Joel Edgerton ("Warrior," "The Thing") conceived.

Production is expected to kick off later this year in Australia.
Michod is also directing a segment of the upcoming anthology film Sydney Unplugged.
