Wilson Goes For "A Walk Among The Tombstones"

Ruth Wilson has won the female lead in the thriller "A Walk Among the Tombstones" says Variety.

Based on the novel by author Lawrence Block, the story follows ex-NYPD officer (Liam Neeson) turned private investigator Matthew Scudder who is hired to find the kidnapped wife of a drug dealer. He soon finds out the perpetrators have done this before, resulting in several murders.

Downton Abbey's Dan Stevens co-stars

Scott Frank wrote the adapted script from which he will direct.

Michael Shamberg, Stacey Sher, and Danny DeVito are producing. No production schedule was given.
