Radcliffe Close To Igor In McGuigan's Frankenstein

Daniel Radcliffe is in final negotiations to star as Igor in director Paul McGuigan’s version of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein reports Variety.

Based on a script by Max Landis (“Chronicle”), this adaptation puts a sci-fi spin on the classic 19th century novel about a creature produced through a scientific experiment.

Radcliffe's character is described as pathologically dirty and dressed in old clown's clothing.

Shawn Levy was previously attached as director but left due to budgeting issues.

John Davis is producing the pic when shooting kicks off in the Fall.
