Brady Corbet Set To Direct His First Film

Brady Corbet, the star of films such as Thirteen, Mysterious Skin, and Martha Marcy May Marlene will make his film directing dubut on an as yet Untitled film says The Hollywood Reporter.

All that's known about the story is that it's a French-set period piece. Tke 24 year old Corbet also wrote the script, and will NOT act in the film.

Antoine de Clermont-Tonnerre and Chris Coen are producing the pic. Casting is now underway.

Corbet also co-wrote the neo-noir sexual thriller Simon Killer which co-wrote with frequent collaborator Antonio Campos. The film releases later this month. He also has a co-writer credit on the upcoming thriller The Sleepwalker, which he penned with director Mona Fastvold and is currently in post-production
