Luc Besson ("La Femme Nikita," "The Fifth Element") wrote the script from which he directs that follows a woman forced to become a drug mule. When the drug goes into her system, she is transformed into an ass-kicking machine. She can absorb knowledge instantaneously, is able to move objects with her mind and can't feel pain.
Besson and Christophe Lambert will produce the pic.
Johansson is currently filming Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
Besson recently finished the Mafia drama Malavita, starring: Robert De Niro, Michelle Pfeiffer and Tommy Lee Jones that will be released later this year.
