Joel McHale Was Married To Drew

Joel McHale is tipped to join the latest, as yet, untitled rom-com starring Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore says Variety.

 The story centers on a couple who, after a disastrous blind date, find themselves stuck together with their kids from a previous marriage.

McHale would play Barrymore’s ex-husband.

Ivan Menchell and Clare Sera wrote the script from which Frank Coraci will direct

Mike Karz’s gonna produce the pic.  Josie Rosen is exec producing the film.

Production hopes to kick off in May.

This would mark the third film that Adam and Drew made following The Wedding Singer and 50 First Dates.
