The action follows two brothers who mysteriously re-connect in an unforgiving wilderness.
The other brother will be cast shortly.
Spanish director Juan Carlos Fresnadillo will direct the film using Joshua Zetumer.
Ben Browning, Sarah Shepard and Jeremy Kipp Walker will produce, while Michael Maher will executive produce with Zetumer.
David Slade was on board to direct this pic last year, but had to bow out thanks to his busy schedule
