Ron Bass and Jen Smolka wrote the script which charts the aftermath of what happens between two strangers who meet in Manhattan and spend a night together.
McG, Mark Kassen, Howard and Karen Baldwin, Bill Immerman, McG and Mary Viola will produce.
Production hopes to begin this Fall.
Once Evans is done with post on the film he will go into work on "The Avengers: Age of Ultron" for writer/director Joss Whedon
