Raza Mallal wrote the script and will direct the true story about a renegade Moscow detective investigating the murder of a female war journalist who becomes embroiled in a web of counter espionage involving chemical warfare and the assassination of the Russian president.
Sean Astin, Mischa Barton, Michael Biehn, Noureen DeWulf, John Hannah Stelio Savante and Tamer Hassan also star.
Mallal and Kevan Van Thompson will produce.
Production begins this Winter in Prague and London
