More "Fury Road" Shooting This Fall

Production may have wrapped last December, but that doesn't mean that in camera work on "Mad Max: Fury Road"--the reboot of the Mad Max franchise.is complete.

Tom Hardy will star as post-apocalyptic drifter Max Rockatansky made famous first by Mel Gibson.

The plot sees Max get caught up with a group of people fleeing across the Wasteland in a War Rig driven by the Imperator Furiosa. This movie is an account of the Road War which follows. It is based on the Word Burgers of the History Men and eyewitness accounts of those who survived.

Aussies Megan Gale John Howard, Angus Sampson and Gillian Jones join Nicholas Hoult, Riley Keough, Charlize Theron Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Adelaide Clemens also star. Aussie Supermodel Abbey Lee Kershaw will make her acting debut in the pic.

Inside Film reports that director George Miller will call action on three more weeks of additional filming oat his home base in Sydney, Australia starting November 22nd.

Casting calls have gone out for several likely non-speaking roles including an Aboriginal elder, a girl and a couple. All must have slim builds and "odd, idiosyncratic faces".

Some members of the principal cast are set to be involved, though just whom is as yet unknown.

No one is quite sure as to when we'll see the film beyond a very nebulous 2014 release date.
