Variety reports that Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Paul Rudd are the frontrunners to land the title role in Edgar Wright's superhero film "Ant-Man".
The trade says there is still a possibility a third name could emerge, these two are the main contenders. Both will meet with Wright and Marvel one more time before a decision is made.
Both are very good choices--I would not mind if either one nabbed the part--But I would be slightly more jazzed if JGL won out...
In the comics, Hank Pym is a scientist who invents a substance that allows him to change his size.
Wright and Joe Cornish co-wrote the script.
Marvel recently moved up the release date to July 31, 2015
Wright also tweeted a picture of the animated Ant-Man tonight attached with the question: "Is this the real Ant-Man or an impostor?"
