Yogi In 3-D

Eric Brevig is set to helm. the 3D CG-animated feature take on the classic Hanna-Barbera toon "Yogi Bear" says The Hollywood Reporter--taking over for the departed Ash Brannon of "Surf's Up" fame.



Combining live action and CG Yogi will updae the half-century-old title character and his sidekick Boo Boo, who reside in Jellystone Park.

Originally this flick was supposed to be a 2-D film.

Joshua Sternin and Jeffrey Ventimilia, who executive produced "That '70s Show," are penning the screenplay

As director on the new Journey to the Center of the Earth last year Brevig has street cred to make this work...
