Michael Petroni will write "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader" according to Variety.



Petroni takes over for Richard LaGravenese who penned the most recent draft of the script adapting C. S. Lewis work.

The project was thrown into doubt late last year when Disney pulled out of co-financing the project. Fox stepped in.
