Illumination Entertainment will bring the Uglydoll franchise to life on the silver screen according to The Wrap.
The company, perhaps most notable for its smash hit Despicable Me, has pegged Little Fockers scribe Larry Stuckey top write the script.
No director is attached just yet, but Sun-Min Kim and David Horvath, who created the franchise, will serve as executive producers; Christopher Meledandri, overseer of Illumination, will serve as producer on the film.
