Brett Cullen and Chris Ellis have joined the cast of Christopher Nolan's "The Dark Knight Rises" according to Variety
The pair wil play a judge and a priest respectively.
Christian Bale Anne Hathaway,Tom Hardy Josh Pence,Alon Aboutboul and Nestor Carbonell star along with return of the trilogy's ensemble cast such as Gary Oldman Morgan Freeman and Michael Caine
Matthew Modine Tom Conti (The Tempest), 11-year-old actress Joey King Daniel Sunjata, Diego Klattenhoff and Burn Gorman take on secondary roles
Nolan calls action on the DKR from a screenplay he wrote with bro Jonathan Nolan, from a story by Nolan and David S. Goyer
Production is underway and the sequel is set to hit theaters on July 20th, 2012
Meanwhile, Stan Lee says that his cameo in "The Amazing Spider-Man" takes place in a library setting during a massive brawl between Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield) and the Lizard (Rhys Ifans).
Lee plays a librarian who doesn't notice the battle taking place around him as he stamps books and listens to music.
Emma Stone, Campbell Scott Annie Parisse Julianne Nicholson Martin Sheen, Denis Leary, Chris Zylka, Irrfan Khan, C. Thomas Howell and Sally Field also star.
The script penned by James Vanderbilt and Alvin Sargent had Marc Webb calling the action for a release date set for July 3, 2012..
