Based upon the Charles Martin penned novel, the story follows a female writer heading off to get married and a doctor returning home from a medical conference. After their flight is cancelled, the strangers agree to charter a ride only to see the pilot suffer a heart attack and crash into a desolate snowy mountain. The doctor is an avid climber and he struggles to help get her down from the mountain in harsh weather.
J. Mills Goodloe wrote the adapted the script.
Peter Chernin, Dylan Clark and Jenno Topping will produce the film.
