Pike Joins Pegg For "The End"

Rosamund Pike ("Wrath of the Titans," "Die Another Day") has joined the cast of Edgar Wright's upcoming comedy "The World's End" says The Daily Mail.

It's the final installment of the Three Flavours Cornetto Trilogy that includes "Shaun of the Dead" and "Hot Fuzz".

Pike will likely play one of the friends asked to go on an epic pub crawl by Simon Pegg's character that takes place during an apocalypse.

Production kicks off in the UK next month.
