From "Heroes" To "Gods"

Lionsgate suits have hired Aron Eli Coleite ("The End," "Trooper") to write the adaptation of author Rick Yancey's sci-fi short story "When First We Were Gods" says Deadline

The story is set in a near future where immortality is available only to the extraordinarily wealthy. In this setting, a man conspires to murder his immortal wife so that his mortal mistress can take her place (and her immortality).

Music video and commercials director Daniel Askill will make his feature directorial debut on the film.
